BOSTON, Mass. (WWLP) - While lawmakers discussed whether the governor should be able to name an interim replacement for senator Ted Kennedy other civic groups took the opportunity to rally their lawmakers on other causes.

The Liberty Preservation Association of Massachusetts , which has ties to Springfield, held a "lobby bomb" Wednesday at the State House to oppose a bill regarding Swine Flu.

Bill S-2028, which recently passed the Massachusetts Senate, says if there is a Swine Flu pandemic and you do not get the Swine Flu vaccine, you can be ordered into quarantine.

If you refuse the quarantine, you can face a fine of $1,000 per day that you resist.

Many citizens are concerned that the bill's provisions will abuse their constitutional rights.
