We, the undersigned, hereby demand of Florida state and local officials an immediate halt to the planned, unprecedented, potentially forced vaccination of the general public with the “swine flu” vaccine, which per FDA, is neither safe nor effective for all persons, and does produce side effects in many, on account of components such as, without limitation, thimerosol and squalene.

Because the “swine flu” vaccination plan represents an imminent and widespread public health threat, and because the H1N1 “swine flu” itself is no more harmful than the seasonal flu, this plan must be stopped prior to October 5th, 2009, and the Florida Statute 381.00315 revised to support The Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution, the Florida State Constitution, individual health needs as recognized by personal physicians, and individual beliefs.
